Asset management

Maintenance:
All equipment and spare parts information are classified, registered and maintained in this module. Plan and report maintenance operations in order to keep control of assets.

Purchase (Stock control):
Make purchase orders on spare parts, equipment and consumables. A built-in purchase portal can allow vendors to place offers on ordered equipment. The purchase module provides functionality to obtain stock control.

Budget:
Allows user to create budgets on different accounts and levels and provides a constant view of actual figures, compared to budget.

Goods tracking:
Functionality to keep track and overview of ambulant equipment.

Process optimization (QA)
The process optimization module is in accordance with all relevant quality standards which are in accordance with improvement reporting (accidents, near miss, unconformities etc.). All changes in both reporting and accompanying measurements are fully traceable.

Document handling (QA)
This module makes information such as policies and other important information accessible to all authorized personnel. The system administrates the document flow in the company.

Risk assessment (QA)
Provides functionality to evaluate risk connected with critical operations and procedures. Issues work permits, and assists in job hazard analysis and other defined risks.
